An Evening of Dance

Bethany has been taking dance classes this year, and has loved them! She has decided she wants to be a dance teacher when she grows up, which is surprising since she's been talking about being a nurse and giving people shots for two years now. The Civic Ballet put on An Evening of Dance, and we went with our friends, Alyson and Sophie. They had us over for dinner before the show started, and we made it to the river stage right as the sun went down.

As we were watching the dancers, a cold front blew through, and the girls were freezing. It was also WAY past their bedtimes, and this picture pretty much sums up Brooke's feelings on the night...she was not impressed.

We left a little after intermission, and these girls barely made it home before passing out. Poor Sophie was exhausted!
